What’s included in the rent?

The rent includes internet, cable with HBO channels, trash, and sewer. There is a $40 per person allowance given to each resident to cover costs of water and electricity. Any overages will be billed back to each resident so you can avoid the hassle of setting up an account and the headache of gathering money from your roommates!

Will my apartment come furnished?

Yes! And it’s not your typical dorm furniture. Your apartment will come sleekly styled with furnishings that are modern yet functional and elegant with an industrial twist.

What’s an individual lease?

Individual leasing means you are only responsible for your portion of rent. This is the most secure leasing option. If one resident in the unit pays rent late or becomes delinquent, it will not affect the other roommates.

Do I need someone to co-sign my lease?

Only the person living in the unit needs to sign the lease. A guarantor (usually a parent) will need to sign the Guaranty Form.

What’s a guarantor?

A guarantor is someone who guarantees timely payment on the lease. A guarantor is usually a parent, guardian, or someone else who is financially stable.

Is there an application fee and/or security deposit?

There is a $35 application fee which covers a background check on the resident and credit check on the guarantor and all administrative processing. We do not require a security deposit. The application fee is due within one week of signing.

Do you allow pets?

Sorry, but we don’t allow pets at this time.

Do you offer roommate matching?

Yes! If you don’t have roommates in mind (or enough to fill the units in the apartment of your choice) but want to reserve your spot to live at HERE before it’s too late, we’ve got you covered. We offer a roommate matching program that matches potential roommates with similar interests.

What kind of security is at HERE?

Safety at HERE is our utmost concern, and we provide more security features than you may find anywhere else. Security features include 24 hour on-site staff and emergency maintenance, surveillance cameras, and controlled community, building, and apartment electronic key access only.

Can anyone access the amenities?

What if I have a maintenance request?

Our on-site maintenance team is dedicated to resolving any maintenance issues quickly and conveniently. Simply enter your request through your online portal under the “maintenance” tab.
